Scope
This policy applies to products, installations, technical services, cloud CRM, invoicing, electronic invoicing, support, forms, websites and communication channels.
Data we may process
Identification and contact data, commercial and administrative data, technical data, CRM and invoicing data, support information and payment references required for the contracted service.
Purposes
Quotes, sales, invoicing, delivery, warranties, technical support, CRM operation, electronic invoicing, legal and tax compliance, security, service continuity and authorized commercial communications.
Cloud CRM and electronic invoicing
Customer data entered in the CRM belongs to the customer. EXTREMA TECH acts as technology provider and, when applicable, data processor, using the information only to operate the platform, provide support, maintain security and facilitate electronic invoicing processes.
Third parties and international services
Data may be processed by hosting providers, email services, payment gateways, remote support tools, security services, authorized electronic invoicing providers and DGII-related systems when required.
Data subject rights
Users may request access, correction, update, deletion where legally applicable, opposition to certain processing, revocation of consent and information about the use of their data.
Security and customer responsibility
EXTREMA TECH applies reasonable technical, administrative and organizational security measures. Customers must use secure passwords, protect credentials, keep contact data updated and notify suspicious access.
